REQUIREMENTS FOR GAS SERVICE

An application and/or service contract must be filled out by the 
customer in order to obtain gas service from KNG Energy.  The
customer is responsible for the installation and maintenance of the
service piping at their own expense and assumes all risks resulting
from defects of faulty installation and maintenance.  See Service Line 
Installation and Exhibits for installation instructions.  The customer 
is required to purchase a pre-fabricated meter setting from KNG.
